Craig met me as soon as I walked in the door and took time to explain the Medicare process. He gave me a Medicare book and gave recommendations moving forward as I prepared for retirement two months later. He checked in every few weeks. Once I got the needed paperwork from my employer, we met again and he sat down with me again and made sure I was happy with the Medicare plan.
